在Microsoft 标识平台注册应用程序后，尝试使用设备代码流使用户登录，发现有部分应用程序可以在用户登录microsoft.com/link时加上?otc=(用户看到的代码)来自动填充，免去了用户手动复制的步骤，但是大部分应用程序都不能这么做，我很好奇哪个配置项可以打开这个功能.
打开就提示这个：
"The request is not valid. The application is a first party application, the user does not have consent, and users are not permitted to consent to first party applications. Rather, the first party application should obtain pre-authorization for the resource server.: invalid_request"
